AHAVAH Enterprises is based in Boston, Massachusetts, United States, and operates the three divisions described on this site — Modeling, Finance and Microfinance — as parts of one enterprise rather than as separate companies. These privacy practices are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.

Contact us through the secure enquiry form. We publish a business address once there is one to publish; no residential address is used for this purpose.

What this website collects

This site has no accounts, no login and no payment processing. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not build a profile of you.

When you send an enquiry

Where an enquiry form is available, it asks for your name, your email address, the type of enquiry or booking, and your message — plus, for a booking, an optional company name, an optional proposed date and the location. That information is sent to us as an email and is not stored by the website: there is no database behind the form, and the message is not written to any log.

We use it only to respond and to keep a record of the correspondence, and your address is set as the reply address so we can write back. Email is handled through Microsoft 365. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a person rather than a script.

The public contact and modeling booking routes use these secure forms. No direct delivery-mailbox address is published on this website.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, we do not share it with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you enquired.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare processes standard request data such as IP address as part of delivering and protecting the site.

Your rights

You can ask what correspondence we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Use the secure enquiry form and choose General.

What we do not ask for

This website does not accept loan or credit applications, does not open accounts, and does not take payments. Finance and Microfinance enquiries included, it asks for no Social Security number, bank account or card details, credit report, identity document or financial statement. There is no form anywhere on this site that could submit one, and we do not run credit checks or obtain credit reports.

Enquiries reach us by email, so please send only what you are comfortable putting in an email — never account numbers, card details or identity documents. If a service later needs information of that kind, we will ask for it properly and explain why, not collect it through a web page.

Scope of this notice

AHAVAH Finance and AHAVAH Microfinance currently provide business organisation, readiness and educational services. No financial product, credit facility, deposit account or investment is offered, applied for or provided through this site, and no application, payment or financial information is accepted through it. Terms specific to any regulated service will be published alongside it, if and when one is offered.
